Who We Are

PATHE - Promoting Access to Higher Education is an educational access and mentorship program dedicated to breaking the barriers that keep bright, less privileged students from reaching their academic dreams. Founded on the belief that every learner deserves a fair chance, PATHE connects passionate educators, volunteers, and mentors to students who need guidance, structure, and inspiration to access and thrive in higher education.

Our Mission

To prepare, mentor, and guide secondary school students from under-resourced backgrounds to access and excel in the most competitive universities and polytechnics.

Our Story

Pathe Initiative was founded with the belief that change begins with empowerment. From small community projects to large-scale programs, we’ve grown into a movement that touches lives across multiple communities in Nigeria. Our journey has been one of listening, learning, and leading change at the grassroots level.

Through our educational sponsorships, and empowerment initiatives, we have reached thousands of individuals, offering hope and creating pathways to sustainable development.

Lucky leads Pathe Initiative with a passion for people, purpose, and positive impact.

Braimoh Idris

Programs Director

Idris is a youth development advocate and educator passionate about helping young people unlock their potential.

Odili Chidinma

Volunteer

Chidinma is a B.sc Sociology graduate from Rivers State University. As an intern with PATHE, She supports the organization’s objectives and contributes to initiatives that enhance youth development and program impact.

Precious Isiakpere

Precious Isiakpere is a Chemical Engineering graduate with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) degree and a passion for leadership, sustainable development, and strategic communication. He serves as the Edo State Program Officer at PATHE Initiative, President of the NYSC SDGs CDS in Egor LGA, Edo State.

Timilehin Adetunji

Volunteer

Adetunji is a committed researcher and data analyst. He earned a First-Class degree in Economics from the Federal University Gashua.

Blessing is a passionate and purpose-driven legal practitioner with a strong interest in advocacy, legal research, and community development. Dedicated to using the law as a tool for social impact, with experience in case analysis, stakeholder engagement, and supporting vulnerable communities. Known for professionalism, critical thinking, and a commitment to continuous growth both in law and personal development.
